Your organization will receive a link to our collaborative working document when we start planning. As every organization must first have a bonding event before scheduling an official collaboration, your organization will likely have two documents to bookmark.

• OP Primary Timezone: Eastern Standard Time (EST)
• Event time minimum is one hour.
• Sunday - Thursday: 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Friday - Saturday: 6:00PM - 2:00 AM

• Room is to be GA only.
• Room includes all poses, dances and décor needed for the event.
• Room includes both crests for each party involved. (Crests will be gifted to the host of the event room.)

• Flyer to be GA in composition.
• Flyer to feature all collaborator crests AND full organizational names.
• Flyer should be themed to the event agreed upon.
• Flyer to be completed and posted ONE FULL WEEK prior to the event date agreed upon.

One or more of the collaboration participants show up 45 minutes late to the event, the event is dismissed and will not continue as planned. Cancellation is to be 48 hours before the event’s start time, no exceptions.
